Mobile Customer Support Chat
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I am looking to have a customer-support chat feature built specifically for mobile devices. The goal is a smooth real-time conversation tool where end-users can reach an agent, exchange text, images or small files, and review past tickets directly from their phones.
Core expectations
• Real-time messaging that feels instantaneous (WebSocket, Firebase Realtime Database, or a comparable solution).
• Secure user authentication so each customer sees only their own conversation history.
• Basic agent console: assign, reassign, tag, and close chats.
• Push notifications when a new message arrives or an agent replies.
• Lightweight UI that adapts naturally to both iOS and Android guidelines.
Tech is flexible—React Native, Flutter, Kotlin/Swift, or another modern stack are all acceptable as long as the final build is stable and easy to maintain. Source code, clear setup instructions, and a short hand-off call will complete the engagement.
