Mobile Application fire extinguishers tracker.

I need to create an application to keep track of more or less 1000 fire extinguishers. Implementing dates of last maintenance, dates of next hydrostatic test, last recharge, last inspection, year of manufacture and other data. Put a QR code on each extinguisher with which it directs me to a database where all these characteristics are detailed and see how to do it from the cell phone camera. with a virtual monthly inspection card similar to the one in the attached photo.
