Mobile Application For Loyalty Program

I need to have a mobile application for customer loyalty program. The app needs to connect to our database to read the list of customers and their segment with validity dates.

Registered customer can see their tier, use digital card on the app (with QR code) to reveal the benefits of the program.

We can push notifications, and invitations to customers from Admin interface.
