Mobile Application (CRM)

I am looking to have a custom mobile application, with cross-platform capability, created. The app should focus on lead tracking capability with other features like contact management and analytics. I have a clear idea of the basic design I want, and am open to suggestions or input that would improve it. This project is meant to obtain an app that will boost my business performance.
