Mobile App to monitor and display account information

I am in need of an experienced mobile app developer to create an app to monitor and display account information for a utility consumer. The app should be able to monitor bank accounts, investment accounts, credit card accounts and display the information online. We already have an API from the utility company and the app needs to be developed for iOS and android The successful candidate should have experience in developing mobile apps, especially for iOS and android .
