Mobile App for kids to do worksheets on tablet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like to have an app to allow parent to turn printed worksheets and tests into work that kids can do on iPad and Android Tablet. The Parent brings in an image or takes a photo of the worksheet or import its PDF version, then assign them as daily/weekly or regular work for their kids.
Parent could take a photo of the worksheet given by teachers or tutors or download the free online worksheets from any websites, and import to the app and then to manage the worksheets. Parent could then assign the worksheets to kids, when kids complete the worksheets, Parent may get notifications and being able to give audio comments and stickers for appreciations and encouragements.
The app should have some handy drawing tools which are very similar to the common note-taking app, PDF annotation app, drawing app. But the app should be more kids-friendly and parent-friendly. The drawing tools should be easily accessible and being attractive to kids. The app should have functions and features that allows Parent to easily manage and assign the worksheets to kids and monitor and review their progress.
App with handy drawing tools for references:

Notability: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/notability/id360593530?platform=ipad
It would be great if the app can support the following features:
- supports authentication with Google, Apple ID
- supports working on multiple devices (data sync across devices)
- supports kids mode and parent mode
- supports Parent functions on app and web portal
- supports marketplace for downloading worksheets with PIN (PIN management on Admin Portal)
