Mobile App for Music Performance

I need an app that will allow musicians to receive written descriptions of what to play at specified time intervals. The composer/conductor creates a score of directions for all the musicians. When the composer/conductor presses play the individual directions will be sent at the appropriate time. The attached pdf shows a prototype score
