Mobile App for Insurance plans

We are looking to create a mobile app for our health insurance plan members to see their benefits and access their ID card. This app will have a login screen, and 6-8 screens displaying the member profile and plan data.
We have already built REST API's that provide the necessary access to the back-end system, and we have designed the screens. We are looking for an expert developer or team to build the app for both IOS and Android. We are open to discussing the implementation technology.
This project needs to start within the next 1-2 weeks.
