Mobile App for Generic Plan Selection

Hi, I’m looking for someone to build a mobile app that will allow users to pick their plan after a series of Questions to remove Plans not required due to the questions asked, and easily share them with others. The app must be developed for both Android and iOS platforms. I already have a list of features planned out for the project, including the ability to save and share plans. Help me build this innovative app, and together we can create a great experience for our users!
