Mobile App for Attendance & Leave Management

I'm looking for an experienced developer to design, develop, and implement a mobile application for an attendance and leave management system. The app needs to be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.

The application should have two main modules: attendance management and leave management.

The attendance management module should include:
- Clock in/out functionality
- Real-time tracking of employee attendance
- Generation of attendance reports

The leave management module should include:
- Apply/approve leave requests
- Leave balance tracking
- Leave reports generation
