Mobile App on android where the front camera detects the face and place a 3D filter (only on the face).

I have the application and the source code to detect the user's face, the only thing I need is that the 3D model is mounted on the user's face when it is detected. Something simple, I am not looking for facial features such as mouth, eyes, eyebrows, etc. to move. Only that the 3D model is shown.

Project Requirements:
- The app should be developed for personal use.
- The preferred output format for the project is both APK and Source Code.
- I have a specific 3D filter in mind that I would like to be implemented on the user's face.
