Mobile App Update: Add Notification Feature

I require an experienced both Android and iOS developer who can add a feature to an existing app. This will specifically relate to integrating the app with https://ntfy.sh for the purpose of responding to push notifications.

The new function should listen for, and process, any incoming push notifications from this URL. Subsequently, the app should display a local notification containing both text and body content, matching what was received from the ntfy.sh service.
The services must be integrated following MVVM and keep listening while the app is alive.
