Looking for someone to help make an app MVP. The goal is be able to create 3 account types, each with a different dashboard and content.
1. For employees - need to be able to use a self-assessment scale, receive individual results and results compared to their peers, have access to certain types of resources. Needs to be have an algorithm that analyzes results.
2. For managers - need to be able to see the aggregated team results and the comparison of these with companies, and have access to resources
3. For executives - need to be able to see the aggregated results across the organization, and have analyses on these results.
