Mobile App Fixes and ongoing Maintenance for Android and iOS

We are a mobile app company looking to build a long term relationship with an experienced mobile app developer. You must have 3+ years experience coding and troubleshooting issues within iOS and Android Apps. Also, you must be very knowledgeable with the App Store Connect and Google Play Console, i.e. uploading new test versions and new production versions to go live. We are looking to work with a developer who is committed to our app in all ways, i.e. downloading it and knowing everything about it. We want a developer who thinks outside the box, is creative and gives their best professional opinion to further advance our app. Our plans for our app are to always be growing and stay ahead of our competition.
Our app is currently in both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.We are currently experiencing issues with our Android app. The very first screen to come up is a tutorial video, and users with Android Version 11 on their phones, this video feature is not working. The YouTube video just needs to be embedded. There is also microphone issue that needs to be fixed. The microphone option comes up but does not record the user's voice. These initial fixes are minor and there are also other concerns regarding a couple of front ends of API's and minor cosmetic changes that will need to be fixed. We are looking to have these issues fixed asap. Once they are fixed, we want to continue to evolve this app and need a developer who is experienced and quick in doing the tasks.
