Mobile App Development Team Needed

I’m assembling a dedicated development team to build a cross-platform mobile application from the ground up. This project is mobile-first, so every decision—from architecture to UI polish—should reflect native-quality performance on both iOS and Android.

Project focus
The work spans full-stack mobile development. You will be responsible for planning, coding, testing, deployment and final hand-over; I don’t plan to split this into isolated tasks. Daily stand-ups, Git-flow, code reviews and an automated CI/CD pipeline are expected so we can iterate quickly and keep quality high.

Core technologies
The stack already outlined includes JavaScript/React (React Native on the client), Python/Django and Java/Spring for backend services, plus Dart/Flutter for rapid UI prototyping. Parts of an existing C++ library will need to be wrapped for mobile, so familiarity with native module bridging is important.

Deliverables
• A milestone-driven roadmap and sprint plan
• Fully functional iOS and Android apps ready for App Store & Google Play submission
• Scalable backend APIs deployed to AWS or GCP
• Automated unit, integration and UI test suites integrated into CI/CD
• Comprehensive documentation and a knowledge-transfer session at project close

Acceptance criteria
Clean, well-commented code; ≥90 % test coverage on critical modules; zero blocker defects at hand-off; successful builds in the pipeline and approval from both app stores.
