Mobile App Development

Looking for a native mobile app for both apple and android phones. The majority of the app is informational. This is for the tractor industry. We want to display manuals, maintenance information and other consumer information. We want the consumer to register for the app as well as register their tractor through a QR code or manually. This information would be communicated through Salesforce. So there would need to be Salesforce integration for the app. We also want to have a retail and service locator on the app. Consumer would enter a zip code and it would show the nearest active retail store or service location. We also want the ability to communicate to the consumer with the app. If the consumer sends a question, that question goes to salesforce and then we can push notification to the app from salesforce back to the customer. We have a look and feel of the app and we are willing to do the graphics and help in any way for design.
