Mobile App Conversion to Fluttter

I am looking for a mobile app developer that can redesign our mobile app (Android) into Flutter application and produce both an android version and an IOS version using flutter. The mobile app uses Bluetooth to connect to a device so you must understand Bluetooth 4.0 and Secure Simple Pairing (SSP) and the HTM10 . I have all the android development files but will need these converted in Flutter.
