Mobile App Android and IOS - QR code scan store in customers database

Need to create a mobile app which could scan 2 QR codes one after other and third scan would be Barcode. The purpose is to scan 2 QR codes followed by the barcode and each user to have a database. I will need to have access to everyones profiles and databases.
Scanned codes need to be in a form of excel or downoadable CSV.
