Mobile App

I am looking to create a mobile app with both iOS and Android compatible versions. I have a specific design in mind for the app, and the main functionality of the app should include both dashboard and reporting. This would include creating and managing users, as well as generating reports on user actions. I also have some ideas for the app that I would like to share with a potential freelancer. Finally, I am open to suggestions that would help to ensure the success of the app.
