Mobile App

We need a simple App to issue a bluetooth command to open a bluetooth lock. We can supply the complete API (attached) for the lock. The app should request user name and password setup and after registration, should be authorised by admin before the user can use the app.
The app should also receive and acknowledge a "locked signal" once the lock has been closed. App is required on both Android and IOS.
