I need a real estate investment mobile app for Android and apple store. Users need to register for free scouting membership.

Users can submit photos of homes and property information like address, and condition of home .
Users will be paid per submission.

Users need to be able to view pending and approved submission, rejected submissions and commission.

Admin can update status of all submissions.
Status of submissions: approved, rejected, pending no contact.

Users can enter payout request and method of payment: zelle, cash app, bitcoins info.

Important I need member users to have location on while using app.

Would like mobile app to track members location for each data submission.

Members can view my submissions.
My account etc., notification bell.

Simple app needed for apple and android.

I need to have app submitted to play store .

Please have experience with mobile apps preferably real estate apps.

Need this done quickly and be able to function properly.

I need to add business logo and support email or support chat for members if possible. That’s important.
