EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Client is interested to help students and families make informed decisions about college choice and major selection by developing a Mobile App & System.
PRODUCT FLOW & FEATURES
1. Mobile Apps (iOS & Android): Students
o Registration & Login Module: Parents
§ There will be few (3-5) Intro Screens which will give high level introduction about the app
§ Students will be able to register on the platform with basic information of their own
§ Use Social Logins like Google+, Apple & Facebook – Need to update Phone # & Email and complete profile after Logging in
§ Existing Students will be able to login using credentials and those credentials will be saved for future so that user doesn’t have to enter credentials again. These credentials will be deleted if user will logout from the app intentionally or delete the app from device
§ There will be option to reset password, forgot password & change password
§ After first time login, user will have to accept the terms & conditions to proceed to the next steps
o User Profile Management: Students
§ User will be able to view and update all the information which he added at the time of registration.
§ User will be able to Add/Edit a Profile Pic. Using Camera or Choose a Pic from Gallery
§ Allow App “Permissions” to be Notified to get Push/Text/Email Alerts
o Home Screen & Subscription: Students
§ See List/Map View of the Colleges in the Area & Mark them Fav
§ Tap on them will open detailed profile of the College (All the College info will be added via Admin Panel by Manual Data Entry or Integration of a bride that will pull and push all the data into the system and update)
§ Subscriptions:
· Free Users in the App will see limited info and Data Points About Colleges
· Students can make One Time Payment to Access Full Data of 1 College
· Month on Month Subscription to Access All Data Points of Colleges in the App
o Paid Online Sessions with Ashly: Students
§ College Chaos Elimination Session/s
§ Personal Statement Strategy Session
§ 1:1 Coaching Session
· See Ashly’s Calendar and Book One to One Online Session/s
· See Recording of the Past Session/s
· Cancel or Re-Schedule Session/s
§ Pay & Book 1 or More Online Session with Ashly
§ All the Video Sessions will happen outside the Apps & on Web like normal Zoom Meetings
o Notifications: Students
§ Students will need to Add their Choices of Majors and Choose Colleges and Mark them Fav to receive updates via Push/Text
§ Make a Choice to Receive only Push or Text or Both
§ Will also be Notified sent by the Admin (Ashly) about a new College, a Deal on Program & General Announcements
2. Web based Admin Panel: Ashly Jordan
o See All Students in the System and their details, Search by Name, City, Email, Phone, State, Zip etc.
o Add/Edit/Delete A College in the System & Add All Data Points (Mark Data Points as Free or Subscriptions)
o Add/Edit/Delete Programs & Video Sessions in the System and Price them
o Past/Upcoming Payments – See Gross Earnings, Net Earnings, Payment Gateway Fees, Subscriptions & Program Sales
o Option to Send Push Msg to one or All Drivers & Riders/Parents
