Mobil App+ESP configuration

In my project, an esp32 is used. There are 1 infrared sensor, 1 fingerprint reader, 1 servo motor, 1 nextion screen and 1 lock attached to the esp32. I prepared a software that I can use the motor sensor and lock on Nextion. What I need is an ios and android mobile application where I can connect to esp32 via Bluetooth with a password and make settings on esp32 such as password, Wi-Fi and text changes on the "nextion" screen. In addition, updating the esp32 software and providing data transmission and reception settings with the "nextion" screen. Please give your bids by making correct calculations.
