Minimalist Food Recipe App Development

I'm seeking an experienced mobile app developer to create a minimalist food recipe app for both Android and iOS platforms. The app should include:
- Recipe Search: Users can search for a variety of recipes.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Android and iOS app development
- Strong UI/UX design skills, particularly in minimalist design
- Experience with user-generated content features
- Familiarity with recipe and meal planning apps

I have android and iOS developers account plus ll provide all images and icon in required size .
I have google adsense as well so need to integrate google ads between recipe or bottom of screen or wherever possible. Just no annoying pop up ads.
Also I want to upload recipe on regular basis so want to host somewhere outside and can update . Not looking for any subscribtion based model for this.
Preferably developers from India who can accept INR
