Minimal Dictionairy App (iOS, Android)

Hello everyone,

I need a dictionary app, for an endangered language.
Since it is endangered, there is no real dictionary for that language.

That's why it should be filled by a community of zazaki speakers.
For example, i know a sentence or a word and add it.

Users can sign up and add new words/sentences/phrases.

The language is called zazaki - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zaza_language
with about 2 million speakers.

Please in React Native.
