We are looking for a talented and experienced freelancer to develop a Merchant Application as part of our Loyalty Card Application System. The merchant app will allow vendors to manage loyalty programs, customer interactions, and rewards.
Project Overview:
We already have the client-side (customer) app planned and now need a dedicated merchant interface that integrates seamlessly into the same ecosystem. This will be a cross-platform (Android & iOS) mobile application.
Key Features Required in Merchant App:
- Merchant Dashboard: Overview of offers, customers, and performance.
- Customer Interaction Module: View and update loyalty points of registered customers.
- Redemption Management: Approve/reject point redemption requests.
- Offer Management: Create, update, and manage promotional offers and discounts.
- Analytics & Reports: Insights on customer activity, offer performance, and total redemptions.
- Notifications: Push notifications for updates and customer actions.
- Secure Login & Profile Management
- API Integration: Must connect with backend APIs.
- Simple, Clean & Fast UI/UX (Designs will be shared via Figma)
What We Provide:

Preferred Skills:
- React Native (for cross-platform)
- Firebase or Node.js (basic backend knowledge)
- REST API Integration
- Experience with merchant or eCommerce applications is a plus
