Media Playing App for Android 9 and above

Hi,
We need content playing app To be installed in android 9 in Smart tv/android media box

Our project is divided into 3 part
Part 1. unlocking app
Part 2. settings page
Part 3. content playing screen
Part 4. enabling cloud options having Gdrive, one drive,Dropbox

Milestone ask :
Part 2 and 3 : Point 2-9 : Milestone 1 : 50% of Project final amount
part 4: Point 10: Milestone 2 : 25% of Project final amount
part 1 : Point 1 : Milestone 3 : 25% of Project final amount
