MedTracker

I am looking for a mobile application (Android & iOS, therefore flutter or similar) for tracking my medications and showing me insights from the gathered data. I would like this app to include both reminders and notifications, alerting me when medications should be taken or when healthcare-related updates occur. Additionally, I would like the app to have features for tracking health data which I have to rate on my own in form of symptoms and side effects. This MedTracker app should offer customizable settings and preferences, giving me the freedom to personalize it to my exact needs. As I already communicate with my healthcare provider, I would also like a feature to easily integrate my healthcare information into the app and export the data and insights.
In the best case, you are a full stack to developer who can also link the front-end to the operations on the backend.
