We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated freelancer to provide production support and day-to-day enhancements for our Mangal Karyam matrimonial application, available on the Playstore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Flutter, Figma, AWS, PHP, and Ubuntu platforms/languages.
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily status and SLA of tickets and have a ticketing tool to support
• Provide ongoing production support for the Mangal Karyam application.
• Implement day-to-day enhancements and new features based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Enable applications for IOS so that they can be download from the IOS devices as well.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the application’s performance, security, and usability.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of updates.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all changes and updates made to the application.
Requirements:
• This job is for Indian continental only. Also we are not going to entertain the company who is not available in the US evening hours/Indian early morning.
• Proven experience in Flutter, Figma, AWS, PHP, and Ubuntu.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
• Experience with mobile application development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with the matrimonial or social networking domain is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role providing production support and enhancements.
• Knowledge of best practices in application security and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
