Marketplace for photography (Website, Web-App & Mobile App)

Our company is looking for an experienced developer or a development team to program a photo marketplace for us. The following functions are important: Photographers can upload their pictures from their smartphone or PC and present them to other visitors. Furthermore, users can search for images in the database, filter them and purchase various licenses for the images. The developer or development team should create a website (including web app) and two mobile apps (iOS and Android).
