Marketplace App and Site Development on Bubble.io

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a buy-and-sell marketplace website and app, similar to Facebook/Facebook Marketplace, compatible with both iOS and Android.

Key Features:
- User profiles and ratings
-ability to filter by zip code radius
-sellers can post items for sale and include videos and photos.
-buyers can bid on items that sellers can counter-offer, reject, or accept.
- In-app messaging
- allow users to create business pages as well as personal profiles. Should prompt for individual or business when creating profile.
-users can opt for notifications from either people or businesses. Notifications will go to their mailboxes and feed
-app should suggest people or business to follow based on interests during profile creation
