Map Api Integration and solve some problems for ongoing Android app Development project

We have an ongoing project. Which you have to work on. The project has 3 panels, patient android app, doctor android app and admin web panel (CodeIgniter).
The Google map is already integrated but live tracking not working so I want to fix that and fix some small things.
