Making rental logistics app

I need to make android, ios and desktop base app to record equipment rental logistic, cloud base. Record of equipment out and return for each different project tracked with barcode / QR scan. Make a soft copy pdf Receipt ( the receiver will signed on tablet) or print a hard copy, take a photos related to each project ( photo of equipment condition and while it's handed over). And make a recap of equipments for each project, to see which ones has not returned yet. And finally generate an invoice for each projects.
