Making a mobile quiz app (Android & IOS)

I need a mobile quiz app that has different types of quiz. Multiple choise questions and true-false quiz. There will also be categories. The client should see the answer after finish the test. I need an administration tool to update the questions and answers. And I need to organize the labels because this application will be in turkish language.
