Making mobile app for selling & buying

Hello all,
Need mobile app for products & sales.
users are four types ( sellers & buyers & delivery persons & app owner to get profits with every order )

1- seller
- thier profiles contains multiple products with photos and prices and ability for buyers to order more than a piece from each product / add to shopping basket
- registration process is needed with thier formal papers and verification steps
- profiles rating & reviews
- app wallet to send receive money
- zone location

2- Buyers
- registration process is needed with thier information & verification steps
- profiles rating & reviews
- online payment ability using visa master cards, and app internal wallet credit

3- delivery persons
- only registration from geographical locations with formal papers and verification steps to make account
- persons will work direct with the app itself, not with seller nor buyer
- delivery persons will take money per task/ order, and to add received money to thier app wallet
- app will manage selecting the nearest delivery person to the order destination
- app will calculate the order price + delivery price + app fees to show total invoice to the buyer before ordering

4- app owners
- app fees will be 5% ot adjustable percentage on the total order price (without delivery fees)
- linking app with bank account to deposit those fees on action bases
