Make android app with Augmented reality

We have .fbx model of rooms (with electrical installations, heating, ventilation pipes) and we want to have AR app where we choose 3D model to check if all elements in room are fit correctly like it's in model. Application need to be accurate and elements need to overlap precisely with real world elements. Something like gamma-ar.com but much simpler.
