MVP for Butchery Shop Management App (Android + Web)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are developing an MVP for a lightweight Android app and web-based admin panel to help manage daily operations in small butchery shops in Thailand.
The goal is to allow shop staff (non-technical users) to report:
Daily income (cash and bank transfer)
Daily expenses (with predefined categories)
End-of-day meat stock
Delivery confirmation (received from central production)
Meanwhile, an admin (owner) can use the web dashboard to:
Enter and track meat deliveries to each shop
Monitor reported income, expenses, and stock from each shop
Detect discrepancies in deliveries and sales
Get alerts when reports are missing or mismatched
Platform Requirements
Android App (for shop staff)
Simple login
Thai-language interface
Works offline and syncs when online
User-friendly forms to enter daily data
Ability to confirm received deliveries
Daily stock entry
Web Admin Panel (for owner)
Add/edit shops and staff accounts
Input daily production (delivery per shop)
View daily reports from all shops
Compare deliveries with confirmations
Track total income, expenses, and generate basic reports
Alerts for issues (missing data, mismatches)
Tech Preferences (Flexible)
Mobile App: Kotlin or Flutter
Web Admin Panel: React, Vue, or similar
Backend: Firebase or Supabase preferred
Database: Firestore or PostgreSQL
Cloud Hosting: Firebase Hosting, Vercel, or similar
What We’re Looking For
We want to work with a developer or small team who:
Can build both Android and web components
Is comfortable building MVPs with quick turnaround
Communicates well and provides frequent updates
Writes clean, well-documented code
Is open to future collaboration after MVP
Timeline
This is the first phase (MVP) of a long-term project. The MVP should be completed in 4–6 weeks. If successful, future work will include advanced analytics, reporting, new features, and expanding to iOS.
If you're experienced in app + web development and want to work on a real-world business application with growth potential, we’d love to hear from you.
Please include examples of similar mobile or admin projects you’ve worked on, especially those involving offline-first apps, reporting systems, or simple POS-style tools.
