I’m looking for a developer/team to create an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for a platform tailored to the construction and renovations industry. The app should cater to three types of users: Property Owners, Construction Companies, and Artisans/Technicians.
Key Features:
- Authentication & Profiles: User profiles with photos, bio, project history, ratings, and portfolios.
- Project Posting: Property owners can post projects with category, budget, timelines, and photos.
- Applications: Artisans and contractors can apply with portfolios and pricing.
- Messaging System: Direct one-to-one messaging between property owners and applicants.
- Dashboard: For tracking worksite progress with photos, budgets, deadlines, and chat access.
- Search & Discovery: Property owners can search artisans or companies by geolocation and category; technicians can find suitable projects in their area.
- Reviews & Ratings: Ratings (1–5 stars) with skill-specific tags after project completion.
Workflows:
1. Create Project (Property Owner): Input details such as type of work needed (e.g., bathroom repair), budget, timeline, etc.
2. Applications (Artisans): Users apply with their portfolio or proposed prices.
3. Selection & Communication: Owners accept messages from selected artisans/companies.
4. Worksite Execution: Progress tracking via budgets, photos, and updates.
5. Completion & Review: Parties review & rate each other upon project completion.
