MILK DATABASE MANAGER - ANDROID APP

I'm looking for an experienced Android app developer to create a mobile application for managing a milk database. The app should have the following key features:

-The app is going to be used by milk producers of tamilnadu AAVIN Milk
- after collection from local pepole the representative will sent the milk to union.
- Basically the app required is to manage the data online rather than using it in a sheet. two categories required user and admin.
- Multiple user login required. User will input few details in morning and evening shifts, on the same record few more data will be added by admin.
-user need to take reports monthly and annually with the data he inputs and the admin inputs.
-admin will need to take complete data of multiple user.
- They need to input sales milk data daily and this is only for the user not for the admin. since the user needs to show them early for tds.
Ideal candidates for this project should have a strong background in Android app development, experience with inventory management systems, and a good understanding of e-commerce app functionalities. A keen interest in dairy products would be a plus. Please include examples of similar projects in your application.
