Lottery app

looking for a site to be built similar to Jackpocket app, (IOS & Android) but with fewer lottery's to play and no lottery pooling function. but it will have auto play function/ results & orders and it is a subscription based lottery so it needs to be able to work with apple and google auto pay functions. must have a backend for editing and adjusting.
