I am building a complete short-stay marketplace for Oman, inspired by “Masarrah Stays App.”

Guests must be able to discover chalets, villas, flats, rest houses, and hotel apartments, view rich listings, and confirm a booking with in-app payment. Hosts need their own tools to publish properties, set prices and availability, and track reservations.
Online payments have to run through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the leading local bank gateways, with full reconciliation and PCI-compliant handling.
I already sketched a basic flow, but I need your help refining the UI/UX into a clean English interface that can switch to Arabic later.
Key deliverables
At the end of the project, the developer must deliver at least the following:
# Native (or high-performance cross-platform) iOS & Android apps with guest and host modes, fully functional and published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under my accounts.
# Web-based admin panel for user, property, booking, review, and finance management, running in production.
# Secure backend, database schema, and well-documented REST/GraphQL APIs, deployed and accessible over HTTPS.
# Payment gateway integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and at least one local bank/payment gateway), fully tested in sandbox and production.
# Deployment, app-store submission, and first-year post-launch support, including handling initial rejections (if any) and basic maintenance.
# Complete source code for:
Mobile app(s).
Backend APIs.
Admin panel.
Any infrastructure-as-code or deployment scripts (if used).
# Full access credentials and configuration details, including:
# Source code repository access (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, etc.).
# Server/hosting accounts and SSH/console access (where applicable).
# Database access credentials (securely shared).
# Admin logins for:
Admin panel.
Payment gateway dashboards (sandbox & production).
Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console (or detailed instructions if accounts are under my ownership).
Any third-party services used (Firebase, analytics, email/SMS gateways, etc.).
# Documentation package:
Technical and API documentation.
Architecture and database schema.
Deployment and operations guide.
Admin user guide.
# Ownership of the entire source code and all assets (except third-party libraries and tools) will be transferred to me upon final payment.
# The build is end-to-end: architecture, coding, testing, CI/CD, and production rollout. A booking must flow right through to a confirmed payment and appear in the admin financial report to be accepted.
