Looking for the full time individual Android Developer with Kotlin experience

A couple of requirements about the job:
-> Developer should have experience with on-demand service apps
-> Developer will require to work on the POS Android application
-> It is going to be on going project so I require the monthly cost keeping in mind work of 170 hours a month
-> Developer should be available to work during the 10 am to 7 pm IST
-> Developer should be available to work on an immediate basis
-> In detail scope will be shared with the shortlisted developer
-> No agency, please
