Looking for a ready coding app to adjust to be a visiting request app for hospitals

Hi app developers.

Im looking to start a small humanity project for a simple app based on Google maps and GPS location.

The app idea is simple people who is in hospital or elderly care home request visitor's by posting the request based on location list and map finding and the volunteers can choice who to visit and spend volunteering time to help other humans and keep them company.

The budget for this project is small so im looking for ready coding app with adding few adjustments, It can be dating app we buy ready coding and adjust it to our concept.

It should be simple easy to use and modern design and location base.

Again this is small tiny budget project that why we only need ready coding source app for android and iOS.
