Looking for app which works like android

Hello,

I'm trying to make the process like it's happening in android. I need a small app. It can be any language. Doesn't matter.

Work : I'm trying to do something like I'm in android phone. If you can do it like in Selenium with the headers, go for it. I found another coder but he couldnt do it there. I may need some app which works on android device also.
