Looking for an android developer to build a simple app on thank you greetings/quotes that can be created, or downloaded from a pool of cards.

I am looking for an android developer to create a simple app that features thank you greetings and quotes. The app should allow users to either create their own greetings or download from a pool of cards.
The thank you messages should be specific to occasions/events, such as weddings, birthdays, and graduations.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Android app development
- Experience with database integration for storing card designs and messages.
Other requirements include:
- As admin I should be able to add/modify the images under various categories.
- The app should have admob integrated.
- The app should have category and sub categories for quotes and captions.
- Each image should have the option to download, copy, like and share.
- Push notifications enabled
