We need to create a simple server that contains a special backend engine that handles computer vision tasks on the devices and a mobile notification app for users to use.
So, a developer has to do android, web application and backend application.
A computer vision task that needs to be processed by the device is a simple machine learning engine, and I can provide some source code for that part.
Web application is just admin-panel and not web client page.
However, the main problem is to finish that task in few days as fast.
