Looking for a Freelancer Experienced in Publishing Apps on Google Play

Hi, I’m looking for a serious and experienced freelancer who knows how to properly publish Android apps to Google Play in production mode.

Here’s my current situation:

I purchased an APK from CodeCanyon:

The app has already passed internal testing and close testing.
However, my latest update has been rejected by Google, and I need help verifying whether the app still complies with the current Google Play policies.

What I need from you:

1. Analyze and explain the reason(s) behind the rejection.
2. Check if the APK complies with current Google Play policies (content, permissions, design, etc.).
