Looking for Developer for existing Web App

Looking for a developer to help enhance, maintain and manage our existing Web application. We built on Google App Engine, React and MySql.
The app is for a cryptocurrency business and is the primary experience for users to manage their accounts and other features.
The most important aspects we are looking for include
1. Fast turn around on bugs or critical features
2. All new development is typically minimal scope and provided in Trello. The project manager is a developer and has a clear understanding of app development
