Looking for Android rom for banana pi bpi-m4 zero

Hi freelaners, I need a custom image/rom for banana pi m4 zero (should also work on raspberry pi 4b) that has my logo/branding and runs only my Apk. Also need solution to allow user to set wifi settings without getting access to the rest of the android settings / system - preferably able to send wifi credentials over Bluetooth from my mobile app
