Looking for Android apps publishers

I'm looking for an experienced Android apps developer to publish my apps. These are entertainment apps and so a sense of creativity and a good eye for design is essential. I need these apps to be published on Google Play, and I need this to be done as quickly as possible - five days is the timeframe I have set for this project. If you are an experienced Android developer who has familiarity with the Google Play store, I would love to hear about your skills and experience.
